Proven deployment process
Checklists and best practices guidelines direct our implementation process, which has been tested and proven in hundreds of successful deployments. The process ensures that our InsureAdvantage technology meshes with your established business processes, delivery approach, and work methodology to create a seamless solution.
Best practices input informs each phase, checkpointed against our extensive HIPAA, Medicare, PPACA, and regulatory knowledge. We provide comprehensive, illustrated design specifications.
Implementation includes configuration and testing; enforced process checkpoints; standard change, risk, and issue-management processes; and rigorous Quality Assurance and reusability testing. Each step is measured and monitored to continually improve our implementation methodology and processes.

Quality assurance
Our Quality Assurance testing employs a formal process and methodology to ensure production readiness. The process includes executing test scripts for each project phase, integration testing, end-user training, user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout finalization and adoption strategy, production support guide review, and performance testing.
Hosting services
We provide full hosting for your deployed InsureAdvantage solution, including disaster recovery backup. Our hosting services can also assist with external production support of installed implementations and manage client solutions at third-party hosting facilities.
