Kevin McClain
Senior Vice President of Operations

Kevin has more than 16 years of leadership experience in IT professional services management and over 6 years in the health insurance industry. Prior to Connecture, Kevin was a senior manager at Accenture and managed implementations of large-scale enterprise software solutions for many Fortune 500 companies. Kevin oversees Connecture implementation and customer support teams along with hosting services, who monitor and maintain Connecture's production solutions for our clients.

Robert Wardrop
Vice President, Client Services

Robert has over 15 years experience in the technology professional services industry. Prior to Connecture, he was a manager in Accenture's Communications and High Tech consulting business unit. Prior to his civilian project management career, Robert was a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Robert is responsible for a majority of services clients across Connecture's three office locations, with overall accountability for operational effectiveness. Robert is responsible for scoping, estimating, contract negotiation, and managing teams that deliver both productized and customized solutions for Connecture's large national carrier clients. He provides additional leadership in staff recruitment, performance programs, and the development of Connecture's SDLC methodology.

Travis Potts
Director, Client Services

Travis has 19 years experience in the software development industry, working in the financial, life, and health care insurance sectors. Prior to Connecture, he was a Project Manager at Compuware, where he spent 9 years planning, managing, and implementing many projects supporting automation initiatives at Northwestern Mutual. Earlier in his career, Travis served for 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Travis has responsibility for the overall success of client implementations, including customer support, maintenance and enhancement projects as well as overall client satisfaction. Travis and his teams have delivered and upheld exemplary customer service from contracting, sales transition, throughout implementation and into ongoing maintenance for several of Connecture’s largest clients.

Shane Powers
Director, Client Services

Shane has over 15 years of project management and business analysis experience in the Client Services environment, specializing in Healthcare and Third-Party Benefit related industries. Prior to Connecture, he was a Project Manager at iHealth Technologies, where he oversaw the planning and effective execution of all project plan related activities and led the dedicated Implementations team through six successful implementations in three years.

Shane has responsibility for the overall success of all of Connecture’s client implementations, including customer support, maintenance and enhancement projects as well as overall client satisfaction. Shane and his teams have delivered and upheld exemplary customer service for many of Connecture’s clients, and he has extensive experience working with large Blues plans across Connecture’s client base.

John Scheppard
Director, Client Services

John brings over twenty-five years of IT leadership to Connecture including software implementations in the life and healthcare industries as well as pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Prior to Connecture John led global business initiatives in Brazil, Singapore and Germany in addition to building project management organizations and managing software development groups domestically for over fifteen years.

John has responsibility for the overall success of client implementations, including customer support, maintenance and enhancement projects as well as overall client satisfaction. John and his teams have world class capabilities in requirements definition, work flow analysis, risk assessment and mitigation, database architecture and AGILE project management methodologies.
